The 59FIFTY has no adjuster, so the size has to match your head. Sizes run 6 5/8 to 8 1/4 in eighth-inch steps: a 7 1/4 fits a 22 3/4 in (57.7 cm) head, a 7 3/8 a 23 1/8 in (58.7 cm) head. Sizes below 6 7/8 and above 8 appear mainly in kids’ and extended lines, so check the listing.

Yes. Fitted 59FIFTY caps match head circumference exactly, so an accurate measurement matters more than habit; stretch-fit and snapback styles are more forgiving. Between sizes, take the larger cap.
How do I measure my head for a New Era cap?#
Use a flexible measuring tape to measure around your head, just above your ears and across your forehead where the cap will sit. Compare this measurement to the size chart to find your correct size.
Are New Era sizes the same for men and women?#

Size up, especially in fitted caps: a slightly loose 59FIFTY is wearable, a tight one isn't. Thick hair also pushes you toward the larger size.
