The eBay Seller Hub is a one-stop-shop for anything related to selling this includes an overview of your Orders, Listings, Marketing, Performance, and Research. Before the eBay Seller Hub was introduced, everything was scattered somewhere on the eBay page. Now it’s one click away from being opened.

Log yourself in on the eBay Homepage, hover over “My eBay” and select Selling
Seller Hub - Overview
The eBay Seller Hub Overview page gives you a high-level overview of all recent activity within the past 30 days.
On the overview page you can find the latest activity on any of your Orders, Listings, Traffic towards you eBay Listings, Feedback, Seller Performance Rating, to name a few.

Seller Hub - Orders Overview
In the Orders, we have the options to choose between those aspects:

- All orders: Shows you all your orders, that you ever had and have right now.
- Awaiting payment: Shows you all orders, that still awaits payment from your buyer.
- Awaiting shipment: Shows you all orders, that still awaits shipment to your buyer.
- Paid and shipped: Shows you all orders, that have been paid and shipped to your buyer.
- Cancellations: Shows you all orders, that your buyers have canceled.
- Returns: Shows you all orders, that have been returned by your buyers.
- Cases: Shows you a site, where you can open cases to eBay for general problems between buyers and sellers.
- Shipping labels: Shows you all orders, where you can print a shipping label for it.
- Archived: Shows you all orders, that you have archived
- Return preferences: Shows you a formula, where you can edit your refund and return preferences.
Normally, after clicking the “Orders” Button you will be directed to the page with the aspect “Awaiting shipment” and all your orders that await shipment. However, you can hover over the “Orders” Button and a Drop-Down list will appear with all aspects. By clicking one aspect, it will automatically bring you to the orders page with the selected aspect.
Seller Hub - Listings Overview
The Next Page “Listing” has the following aspects:

- Active: Shows you all Listings, that are currently active.
- Unsold: Shows you all Listings, that didn’t sell.
- Drafts: Shows you all Listings, that are currently in draft mode and wait to be activated by you.
- Scheduled: Shows you all Listings, that will go active if you scheduled them for a certain time.
- Ended: Shows you all Listings, that have ended.
- Listing templates: A place, where you can create and edit your Listing templates.
- Business policies: Shows you a site, where you can create and edit your Listings with business policies.
- Item Location ZIP Code: Shows you all Listings, that need an Item Location ZIP Code.
Normally, after clicking the “Listings” Button you will be directed to the page with the aspect “Active” with all your active Listings right now. However, you can hover over the “Listings” Button and a Drop-Down list will appear with all aspects. By clicking one aspect, it will automatically bring you to the listings page with the selected aspect.
Seller Hub - Marketing Overview
The “Marketing” Page lists the following aspects (Available to Store subscribers only):

- Summary: Shows you a summary of everything in the Marketing Overview.
- Store: Lets you create and edit your eBay store.
- Promotions: Lets you create discounts and promotions for your products.
- Markdown sales: Lets you create and edit markdowns for your products.
- Promoted listings: Lets you create and edit promoted listings on eBay.
After clicking the “Marketing” Button you will be directed to the page with the aspect “Summary” with a summary of your recent marketing activity. However, you can hover over the “Marketing” Button and a Drop-Down list will appear with all aspects. By clicking one aspect, it will automatically bring you to the marketing page with the selected aspect.
Seller Hub - Performance Overview
The “Performance” Page lists the following aspects:

- Summary: Summarizes everything in your Performance Overview.
- Seller level: Lets you view your current Seller level.
- Sales: Lets you review your last sales in the past 31 days.
- Selling costs: Shows you all occurred selling costs in the past 31 days
- Traffic: Lets you view the generated traffic in the past 31 days.
- Impressions: Lets you review your impressions in the past 31 days.
- Service Metrics: Shows you a comparison to other sellers in your Seller level on returns.
After clicking the “Performance” Button you will be directed to the page with the aspect “Summary” with a summary of your recent performance. However, you can hover over the “Performance” Button and a Drop-Down list will appear with all aspects. By clicking one aspect, it will automatically bring you to the performance page with the selected aspect.
Seller Hub - Research Overview
Last but not least, the “Research” page has those aspects

- Terapeak Product Research(Subscription based): A research tool by eBay, that lets you do research with real-world data.
- Listing improvements: Shows listings, that are underperforming and need improvements.
- Sourcing guidance: Gives you guidance to your products, when to source it.
- Restock advice: Gives you restock advice for listings, that are selling at a fast pace.
After clicking the “Research” Button you will be directed to the page with the aspect ”Terapeak Product Research” where you can use the tool “Terapeak” that provides you with critical information with what and when to sell at which price. However, you can hover over the “Research” Button and a Drop-Down list will appear with all aspects. By clicking one aspect, it will automatically bring you to the research page with the selected aspect.
